It was fairly clean with decent and knowledgeable staff at the reception desk. The location was unbeatable as for me, near tram and metro, sultan ahmet mosque and shopping Area. Spent a nice evening at Emek Saray Restaurant, located next to the venue.

everything was good, incredibly nice staff, amazing location near to shopping & coffee & food restaurants and also close to the tram. i asked for guest room and it was quiet and perfect with big beds. i spent a really nice time here, would recommend to anyone.

Hotel is in good location for reasonable price. Easy to reach everything, close to the tram! Hotel has a small swimming pool which is great after a whole-day walk!
Taxi drivers can not find the hotel easily. :)

All staff including Manager make you feel like at home . Always smiling . Friendly behavior . This will be the third time in the hotel and with pleasure I will be in this hotel always when I come to Istanbul . Really I feel like at home . Thank you

It is very close to the historic center, so it is comfortable if you want to visit the moscows. The Room was clean and there is a good choice to order lunch or some appetizer from the room. There's free wireless connection.
The sink in the room was obtured, the day before we left we asked for a shuttle to go to the airport, the they after there was no shuttle waiting for us!! It is 20 minutes by car far from Taxhim Area wich there are many resturants, shops and clubs. Fortunely the taxi rate is not so expensive

We had a pleasant stay at Laleli Gonen. The staff was very helpful, meeting our requests promptly. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace and pool offered a great view of the city. we would recommend this hotel.

Noise, there is no heating system in the hotel. Also the room was not finished after the repairment works.
